  • Device information (browser type, operating system, device identifiers)
  • Log data (IP address, access times, pages viewed, referring URL)

2.3 Information from Third-Party Platforms

When you connect your advertising accounts, we may receive:

  • From Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Ad account data, campaign performance metrics, audience insights, page information, and Instagram account details. We access this data through the Meta Marketing API in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
  • From Google: Google Drive file metadata and content (when you choose to import media), Google Ads account data, and campaign performance metrics. We access this data through Google APIs in accordance with Google's API Services User Data Policy.

  • To create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on your behalf

4.1 Meta Pixel & Conversions API

Our platform may facilitate the use of the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) on your advertising campaigns. These tools allow Meta to collect data about user interactions with your ads and website, including:

  • Page views, clicks, and conversion events
  • Device and browser information
  • IP addresses (which may be hashed)
  • Customer information you choose to share for Custom Audiences matching

This data is processed by Meta in accordance with the Meta Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your own end-user privacy disclosures comply with Meta's requirements when using these features.

4.2 Google Ads & Remarketing

Our platform integrates with Google services. When you connect your Google account, we may access Google Drive files and Google Ads data. Google may use cookies and similar technologies for:

  • Measuring ad performance and conversions
  • Building remarketing and audience segments
  • Personalizing ad delivery based on user interests

If you use our platform to create or manage Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, or remarketing lists, you acknowledge that:

  • You will comply with all applicable data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • You will not use sensitive personal data categories for audience targeting unless explicitly permitted

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We may share your information with:

  • Advertising Platforms: Meta and Google, as necessary to create and manage your advertising campaigns through their APIs
  • AI Service Providers: We use AI services (such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Google Gemini) to provide campaign analysis and copy generation features. Campaign data sent to these services is processed according to their respective privacy policies
  • Hosting & Infrastructure: Cloud service providers that host our platform and store your data
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

When you disconnect a third-party account (Meta, Google), we delete the associated OAuth tokens from our systems. Historical campaign data may be retained in anonymized form for analytics.
